What Gerard and I are really saying is that we must change our BEHAVIOR to reap the benefits of a practical sustainable society which saves us money, saves lives, and saves our environment. We must make conscious choices instead of following the mindless madness of corporation's propaganda of being the fastest, biggest, badest, meanest, sexiest whatever in the neighborhood. With last year's Wall Street collapse we should have all learned this is a failed system that is unsustainable and business as usual will destroy our society as we know it.

Let us start with something easy and costing nothing more than a few more minutes on the road. Lets make our commitment with a bumper sticker advising our friends, neighbors and fellow commuters we are practical and want to save our resources, save our environment and save lives by slowing down. Let grow this simple movement that was once a National Speed Limit in the 70's and reduced our pollution and our petroleum imports by over 8%. Contact me for a free "i Drive 55" bumper sticker.
On Wed, May 12 at 7PM, I'll be showing the "i Drive 55" video which give you all the facts at the Butte Co. Library at East 1st St and Sherman and pickup a free bumper sticker. Dave Garcia
