Dhara Lemos, co-publisher of the Lotus Guide will be having a CD Release Party on July 18th @ 6pm.
Free Event-Donations are happily accepted.
This event will start at 6pm with a short presentation on “The Biology of Active Meditations” which will explain the physical and neurological aspects of meditation. After the presentation Dhara will guide everyone through her 40 minute Meditation CD.
Potluck starts at 7:15 pm after the meditation with food, music, and swimming.

Directions: From Hwy 99 go east on 32 towards Forest Ranch 8 miles exactly, turn right on Santos Ranch Rd. where you will see a Goddess Temple sign on the left and follow it to the event, you can’t miss it.
