In Brief: Who We Are: Edible Shasta-Butte is one of the more than 60 Edible Communities publications currently being produced in the US and Canada. As a group, we value good, healthy, local food and the growers and artisans who produce it. Edible Shasta-Butte is now in its fifth year of publication and has featured articles on growers and producers throughout the northern central valley of California, from Oroville in the south to Fort Jones and Montague in the north. The magazines are available by subscription, on the internet, and in over 100 establishments throughout the area we serve.
