In Brief: I was born and raised here in the valley. I moved to Chico at 13, and after a year, discovered it was the perfect place for me to put down roots. I got certified in Permaculture Design at the beginning of 2009, and this is one of my favorite tools for saving life on Earth. I also appreciate the gifts of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I am available to do EFT with any activists in need of healing, if I have the time. Contact me!

I want to share this technique because it has helped me immensely in my personal life and enables me to contribute to serving this Earth in a much more effective and grounded way.  It’s called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and is a meridian-based therapy.

I am currently studying this therapy with local EFT practitioner Sonya Sophia Illig, and I would like to offer sessions to anyone who is doing activism in the community (IF I am available timewise that is) on a donation basis.

Also, there is a donation-based EFT circle every Wednesday at 1916 Salem Street, at 7pm, usually led by Sonya Sophia. Other circles are forming in our community as well.
