Riki Ott is a marine biologist who became a fisherma’am in Alaska in 1985. Four short years later the Exxon Valdez oil spill (EVOS) occurred. The tragedy effected the environments and communities of the Prince William Sound. Riki Ott will talk about her experience working with the communities and the 20 year law suit with Exxon.

Ott is the author of Not One Drop: Betrayal and Courage in the Wake of EVOS and Sound Truth and Corporate Myths. She holds a doctorate in Marine Toxicology
